Like every last Sunday of each month, this is time for me to present you my selection of the best pictures of the NASA’s Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD)
Like each month, this one was packed with beautiful images and it was very difficult to select just ten. I am absolutely amazed at how many splendors can be seen at night.
You will find below my selection. Tomorrow, I will publish an article on the Amazon deforestation. Hope you will like them both.
- A Witch by Starlight
- The Double Ring Galaxies of Arp 147 from Hubble
- Phoenix and the Holy Cow
- A Bubble in Cygnus
- Arp 273
- Restored: First Image of the Earth from the Moon
- In the Vicinity of the Cone Nebula
- The Horsehead Nebula in Orion
- Galaxies in the River
- An Apollo 15 Panorama: Astronaut Exploring
I hope you liked this selection and look forward to reading your comments.
