15 plants to clean up your indoor air

Aloe veraAir pollution kills millions of people  as we have seen previously. But what is little known is that indoor air pollution kills as much as the outdoor one. This is because of carbon monoxide and other chemicals we are using in our homes.

Mother Nature Network published in 2012 a brilliant article on how 15 plants can help improve your indoor air quality. Among the plants I knew before reading the article are the aloe vera, the azalea and the ficus.

But many more can clean up various rooms and places in your home, whether your kitchen or bathroom. I’ll definitively adopt a few of these marvels soon.
